Welink New Energy operates a 20,000 ㎡ integrated production plant arranged by production workflow, including R&D, mold making, injection molding, SMT processing, battery assembly, complete machine assembly and testing & warehousing. Every floor undertakes independent production steps to form a closed-loop manufacturing process from product design to finished goods delivery. Unlike small assembly factories that outsource most parts, we control all production links in-house to guarantee stable quality and delivery schedules.
The first floor acts as the logistics hub for all materials and finished products, covering three core functions:
We store flame-retardant PC/ABS plastic, ATL lithium cells, circuit components and metal hardware in partitioned moisture-proof & fire-resistant zones. All raw materials pass incoming IQC inspection before storage to eliminate hidden defects at the source.
Multiple integrated molding machines mass-produce casings for A07/A08/A09 series kiosks. Custom colors including solid white, Morandi tones and bright hues are molded in one step without post-spraying, matching various store decoration styles.
Fully tested units are individually packed with complete certification documents, ready for domestic agent distribution and overseas container shipment.

Assembly Line Shots
The second floor is dedicated to mold development, the foundation of all product appearance and structures.
Professional mold engineers and CNC equipment develop standard molds for all series, plus custom molds for exclusive shapes and IP co-branded products. Mold precision is controlled within ±0.02mm, with pre-reserved slots for brand logos and advertising screens. Completed molds are sent directly to the 1st floor for trial production. All molds are self-produced instead of outsourced, greatly shortening custom development cycles.
Full Production Flow Chart
The 3rd floor features a Class 100,000 dust-free workshop for core circuit board production.
All staff wear dust-proof suits, caps and masks. High-speed SMT equipment automatically prints solder paste, mounts chips and completes AOI optical inspection to avoid cold solder joints and short circuits. The hardware failure rate is controlled below 1.5%, far better than the industry average.
SMT Workshop Operation
This floor focuses on lithium battery assembly, critical for product safety and battery life.
All original ATL cells pass capacity, high & low temperature impact tests before use. Laser welding replaces traditional soldering to prevent loose connections and overheating after long-term use. Flame-retardant foam and independent heat dissipation channels are installed inside each cabinet, making units stable for hot climates such as Australia and the Middle East.
Separate assembly lines on this floor produce compact kiosks, touchscreen models and outdoor vertical stations.
Workers install frames, touch screens and card readers by station. The proprietary VS CHARGE multilingual operation system is pre-installed during assembly, pre-configured for Octopus, international credit cards and NFC payments. A unique SN traceability code is printed on each device for fast global after-sales troubleshooting.
All finished products must go through seven strict tests on this floor before shipment:
72-hour standby power consumption monitoring
55℃ high-temperature aging simulation test
2,000 times plug-in durability test
V0 flame retardant safety test
Closed-Loop In-House Production
All processes from mold making, injection molding, circuit production, battery assembly to finished testing are completed inside the plant without outsourcing, enabling full control over quality and delivery lead times.
Specialized Workshops by Floor
Each floor focuses on one single core process, improving worker proficiency and overall production efficiency by over 30% compared to mixed workshops.
Multi-Stage Quality Interception
Raw material inspection, circuit testing, battery inspection and finished product testing block defective goods at every stage, greatly reducing after-sales failure rates.
